>>What is your minimum order amount?

Every pet and pet owner deserves the same opportunity to benefit from our products. There is no minimum order amount with Bugobugo Pets Room. We appreciate your business no matter how large or small.

>>How soon can I expect the goods after I purchased online?

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once payment is cleared, orders often ship within 2 business days  and our average delivery time is 3- 5 days depending on the shipping destination (within Malaysia). If you are concerned about receiving an item in a shorter time period please e-mail us and we will give you a more accurate time frame.

>>What are your shipping/handling rates?

Shipping and handling is calculated during check out based on weight & shipping destination. All item will sent via PosLaju or PosEkspres. Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, we regret we are not responsible for lost/missing packages due to incorrect shipping address.

>> Do you offer free shipping?

Sorry, currently we do not offer free shipping.
However, we’re pleased to inform you that there is a flat delivery price of RM6.00 per order for all deliveries to destinations in Peninsular Malaysia if your order exceeds RM150.

>>Do you arrange COD (Cash On Delivery)?

Yes, COD now can be arranged with anything you purchase from us, t&c applied. Browse through your favorite items and arrange a meet up with us. The list below will be our COD hotspot.

>>Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally. However, there are a few more requirements to ship to destinations outside the Malaysia. We have a RM200 merchandise minimum. Extra shipping costs may apply dependant on weight and destination, please contact us for a quote for international shipping. We shall email you before dispatch to confirm the price.

Shipping, handling charges and duties, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.

>>How do I measure my pet for clothing?

Measure your doggy neck, chest and body length. Next compare your measurements with the size chart in the description, slightly bigger is better for comfort of your sweet pups.

>>How do I wash my garments?

We advise that all items are hand washed separately in warm soapy water, reshaped and allowed to dry naturally.

>>What are the dog clothes materials made of?

Polyester, Cotton, Denim and other good material made!

>>Do you have a physical store location that I can visit?

No, we are virtual store only and do not have a retail location at this time. We are always here to assist through e-mail and on the phone.

>>Do you sell wholesale?
