Size Chart

How to measure your dog:
Neck (N): Measure around the neck.
Length (L): Measure from base of neck to base of tail.
Chest (C): Measure around the chest at the largest part behind front legs.

Place two fingers between the dog and your measuring tape to allow room for movement and fur.

Measure your doggy neck, chest and body length. Next compare your measurements with the size chart in the description for each product, slightly bigger is better. Due to different contrast of the monitor, some of the colors of the items may not be exactly the same.

Exchange Policy

No exchange & refund, we do inspect our items thoroughly to avoid any problems happen.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to orders and Cancellations of orders will be accepted only prior to shipment. If you would like to change or cancel your order, you can email janice@bugobugo.com within 24 hours from the time that your order was placed.

Delivery

All item will sent via PosLaju or PosEkspres.

Normal Postage Charges
Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM1 for next 250g and to Sarawak costs about RM7 for first 500g and RM1.5 for next 250g. To Sabah costs RM7.5 for first 500g and RM2 for next 250g

Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

Customer can trace your parcel and deliver status via Pos Malaysia.

Lost Packages

Bugobugo Pets Room does not know if you have not received your packages. If you have not received all of your items within 14 business days of placing your order with us, you must contact us so we can have a tracer put on your order. We cannot be held responsible if notification is done after 14 business days.
