All prices listed on this web site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclusive of postage fees.

For Malaysian customer, we only accept payment to Maybank account at this moment. You can pay by using either Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in at your convenience.

For International customer, please contact us for payment option available.

STEP 1
Email us at janice@bugobugo.com the products that you wish to purchase with the following information.

1. Name
2. Mailing Address
3. Contact Number
4. Item(s) Code, Colour and Size

STEP 2
Wait for our reply WITHIN 24 HOUR. You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and an exact amount to bank in.

STEP 3
We only accept payment to Maybank account. Please email us the transaction date and amount after your successful transaction.  Items will NOT be ordered if you do not email us the payment details.

PLS NOTE:
If you fail to make payment within 3 days after reservation, we’ll have to release the item (s).

STEP 4
Wait for your Product.  We will email the tracking code of the shipment for your reference.

Delivery time frame is usually 7 – 14 working days after successful payment, depending on postage method and postage location.
